Las relaciones internacionales de América Latina en la década de 1980 : cambio y continuidad

Abstract

The economic, political and social realities of Latin America have undergone particularly profound transformations in recent decades. This paper summarizes the main trends in international relations in Latin America. Specifically, it reviews the most important links that the countries of the region have with the rest of the world and with each other, in order to determine their external priorities and, above all, the changes that have taken place in this area. Mentioning the main elements of continuity and change in each case will also allow us to detect the common and more general features present in all the external relations of the region.

Asesor de la Asociación de Investigación y Especialización sobre Temas Iberoamericanos (AIETT), en Madrid y ex-profesor del Instituto de Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad de Chile y sub-director de IRELA. Autor de numerosos trabajos en su especialidad.
