Control of constitutionality of international treaties according to the new Organic Law of the Constitutional Court

Abstract

The ruling of the Constitutional Court on the draft of its organic law admitted the repressive control of international treaties, with dissenting votes, but highlights and reiterates the particular effects of the inapplicability for the specific case and the inadmissibility of the declaration of unconstitutionality with respect to the treaties.
