Abstract

This paper describes the design of educational intervention for purposes of applying Dr. Witker’s methodology in a subject of the Specialization in Business Law at the Graduate Law in Faculty of Law, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Exposed educational foundation under the Constructivism theory, using the strategy of problem-based learning (PBL); the objective and the actors, teacher and student’s tasks, and the integration of information technology applied to education under the blending learning approach.
