Abstract

The education in prisons for social reintegration of inmates is a fundamental part which is on the politic speech that support the education for inmates and in those national and international treatments that are positioned from the legal point of view establishing regulations and decrees of a full social reintegration, during and after the imprisonment. A full social reintegration, the education in prisons and the construction of new and different life projects that give the opportunities of changing to those who have experienced imprisonment, must include that learning is a structural modification that is inherent to the human being in his entire dimension and that education must be coherent to this conception to give a boosting and transformation sense. The determination for self-transformation is an element that appears in the microanalysis, and it is finally
codified and categorized as: the natural ability that human beings have to use the will and decisions to transformed consciously and determinedly in concordance with their
goals or objectives. Consequently, it is proposed to incorporate the system of relations between the teacher and student in the teaching learning process.
