University Pedagogy: With topics such as public policies in higher education, legislative system and reforms, academic programs, comparative policies, massification processes, quality assurance, legal professions, and others in higher education as a general field, referring to the Chilean and international context .
Didactics of Law: With topics whose centrality is related to processes of innovation, learning, curriculum, innovations, teaching experiences, students and teachers characterization , among others in legal education in the Chilean and international context.
Ethical and citation standards (Chicago-deusto) must be taken care of, in addition to the originality of the research or innovation.
The present study addresses two major topics that are closely linked to each other. The first one, referred to a theoretical analysis that evidences the opportunity that represents in the formative learning process of law students who are inserted in a university legal clinic, their participation in interdisciplinary projects with the environment associated with the link with the environment, which allows their integral development, visualizing attitudes that guarantee a promising professional practice. On the other hand, the study alludes to the empirical aspect, showing the step by step, execution and impact of an interdisciplinary project, describing the intervention carried out in the Santa Juana Commune, in Biobío region, Chile, whose main objective was to encourage the recovery of the family and economic life projects of fourteen families that were affected by the fires of 2023. The proposed intervention model allows the student to acquire the necessary skills to relate to the environment, through learning outside the classroom, which strengthens the vocation by connecting with communities that have various problems, as well as developing citizenship and attitudinal skills that are key to the current and future working world.
