Abstract

When Argentina ratified international human rights treaties since the 1960s, it began to use the principles of universality, interdependence, indivisibility and progressivity, among others, and thus incorporate new theories about the Law and challenge the traditional ways of interpreting it, resolving issues, social conflicts and legal processes in particular. In this way, these paradigm changes required an adaptation of the study programs of the Law Faculties throughout the national territory. Regarding our Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Tucumán, it modified the 1977 Plan in the year 2000 and again in 2018. As part of a research project, we will analyze the results of a survey conducted among faculty members at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences regarding pedagogical training for teaching law.
