A pedagogical project to organize a law degree is applied at a southern university in Brazil to improve the quality of education provided in in order to incorporate practical training and articulate an integrated curriculum between different subjects. The ultimate goal was the formation of a critical, reflective and agent of social transformation graduate. The idology present is what the author calls "emancipatory education" which is based on a transdisciplinary vision of law and human and social sciences. This ideology aims to educate a conscious graduate of the cultural and human diversity in society, where he/she should be a participatory element.
