Abstract

This paper is part of an epistemological theorical construction, which is based on the systematization of a historical tour to understand the process of how scientific method and science are developed from gnoseological human nature happened since classical Greek philosophy. It aims thus to contribute with an epistemological approach in the various disciplines of the social, legal and humanistic sciences, which gives necessary grounds to promote the discussion about research methods as a logical framework to create contextualized knowledge in a reality social.
