This work has the purpose of legal education in Brazil, particularly the realization of the need for urgent reform in the curriculum of law schools, to further promote the culture of peace. This reformulation must occur through the adoption or greater implementation of disciplines that include the study of new mechanisms of access to justice practices such as negotiation, conciliation, mediation, next to the arbitration as effective measures to collaborate effectively to the implementation of the constitutionally guaranteed access to justice. The survey adopts the hypothetical-deductive methods of approach and inductive. Lox, moreover, the dialectical method, in order to look for possible syntheses for raised disagreements. As for the procedure, use the historical and comparative methods, making use of systematic interpretation. The type of research is documentary, literature, from books and scientific articles.
