Abstract

This paper ponders over the panorama of law journals: Pedagogía Universitaria y Didáctica del Derecho, Academia: Revista sobre Enseñanza del Derecho and Pesquisa e
Educação Jurídica, specifically on the history, objectives, types of manu- scripts, topics and challenges they assume. We conclude that the journals are focused on developing legal pedagogy, didactics, and research from an interdisciplinary approach. Most articles focus on teaching through various methodological strategies with the pur- pose of efficiently training future lawyers to meet
the demands of the global work field; likewise, emphasis is placed on the teaching of legal research in the professional training of lawyers.
