Call to publish scientific articles that will be received between June 20 and November 20, 2019, referring to:

University Pedagogy: With topics such as public policies in higher education, legislative system and reforms, academic programs, comparative policies, massification processes, quality assurance, legal professions, and others in higher education as a general field, referring to the Chilean and international context .

Didactics of Law: With topics whose centrality is related to processes of innovation, learning, curriculum, innovations, teaching experiences, students and teachers characterization , among others in legal education in the Chilean and international context.

Ethical and citation standards (Chicago-deusto) must be taken care of, in addition to the originality of the research or innovation.

Coeducation: Pedagogical-legal proposals for its implementation

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to develop an approach of pedagogical-legal proposals for the implementation of coeducation in educational contexts
applicable at all levels. To do this, a qualitative and descriptive methodology was used, of a documentary type through documentary analysis, achieving qualitative results that contextualize coeducation as a viable pedagogical trend that finds normative support in human rights, based on the right to equality and non-discrimination, and additionally, it was evident that despite the normative recognition of the aforementioned rights, gender
gaps and biases currently persist that affect the full material exercise of the right to education
in its different elements, finally, A proposal was made for concrete strategies that contribute to the implementation of coeducation, such as self-knowledge, communication,
rethinking teacher-student and student-student relationships, participation, education for life and emotional education.
