Abstract

This article intends to offer a pedagogical program based on alterity for the legal education of the future, especially the Brazilian one. It does so not without first detecting
manifestations of authoritarianism in the way in which law is taught and learned in Brazil. Based on a typology of jurists, it establishes a goal for reform the transformation
of naive jurists into democratic jurists, capable of resisting the evil spread by evil jurists. It concludes that it is necessary to think about a «laws school» in which both pedagogy and curriculum are reviewed, with bachelors educated for uncertainties, affections, reality, imagination, vulnerability, responsibility, and justice.
