Abstract

The teaching of law has been a constant in the preparation and training of lawyers and jurists. It is claimed that teaching strategies, despite their positive aspects, are not sufficient and that the contents must be problematised and legal dogmatics must be overcome as the only epistemic option for legal education. In this mission or task, constructivism, as an effective alternative, can be applied to legal science and help to innovate in the four existing legal teaching models, in which critical and active teaching is a suitable scenario for proposing a creative, problematising and possible constructivism.
