This research paper considers the current issues of legal support of students’ rights within the integration processes in the educational sphere using the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study aimed to assess the current state of the legislative regulation in the field of students’ rights and determine the prospects to improve it. The problems of regulating educational activities in different countries and at the interstate level are revealed in other authors’ discussions about the form and content of the phenomenon under study. Based on the study results, conclusions are drawn about the need to develop and adopt a consolidation act designed to summarize and collect all the norms of legal nature that have a regulatory impact on social relations in the field of education
in one legal act. The proposed approach makes it possible to streamline and standardize the educational regulatory framework. The study of international experience will reveal
promising directions of development and possible solutions to problems. The results may be of interest to everyone who researches the issues of legal regulation and reforms
