Abstract

This paper analyzes the results of a student perception survey on three relevant factors related to a course of Procedural Law in b-learning mode: teacher interaction, learning resources and evaluation strategies. This survey, of a mixed nature, was applied to two groups of students, one that had a course in traditional mode and the other in b-learning mode, in order to make a comparative study that would provide diagnostic information after the first virtual version of the course. To frame the results, the educational context, the design and implementation of the course Effective Judicial Protection and Due Process in b-learning format, taught at the Law School of the PUCV, are described. It is concluded that, at the contextual level and in the student perception, there are tensions and paradoxes regarding this modality.
