This study analyzes the results of the project for the creative organization of teaching work in mandatory disciplines offered to four classes of the seventh semester of the Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Universidade de Brasília, based on the methodology of experience reporting, documentary analysis of the curricular structures. This is the discipline of Monograph Project, developed in the 2nd semester of 2023 and in the 1st semester of 2024, and whose organization has been done collaboratively within the curricular component of the Postgraduate Program in Law called Teaching Practice and Training in Law for master’s students and Teaching Practice and Legal Guidance for doctorate students. Therefore, it is part of a context of training for teaching provided to Postgraduate Program in Law students who, under the supervision of their research advisors. It is concluded that such training is relevant insofar as, in addition to the scope of training researchers, the Postgraduate Program in Law has a formative dimension for teaching from a perspective of teamwork composed of the full professor and his teaching assistants.
