The current condition of legal education still shows the strong presence of the lecture as a recurring methodology. Given this fact, there is a need for innovation in teaching and developing other skills in students (besides knowing to listen). The aim of the author is a participatory or collaborative methodology, which is characterized by student participation in the learning process and by shifting the focus of the process from teaching to learning. The aspects to be priority in this methodology are the graduate profile, skills development, fitting to a program of study and selection relevant activities, among others.
