This paper analyzes the advantages of competency-based training in law degree from the teaching experience of the author, who emphasizes the need to modernize the degree and give students practical skills linked to practice. From the perspective of legal education, it is vital to rely on a curriculum that effectively incorporates harmoniously the notion of competition and development in all its aspects (what, how, when teaching and assessing) for that legal education transcends the traditional classroom.
