The purpose of this review the prominence of the discipline of Human Rights in the training of professional law course, particularly with regard to the analysis of situations endowed with complexity and which are characteristic of a plural society, such as the Brazilian society. The new human rights agendas show that they do not allow themselves to be imprisoned in definitive normative content.
