The objective of this research is to learn about the academic training of Peru’s supreme judges in 2022 using a mixed approach methodology in two stages: a qualitative
theoretical analysis to collect information on academic training in the administration of justice and, secondly, a quantitative empirical study to systematize data collected
through the portal of the Supreme Court and Sunedu. The study concludes that there is a centralism in the academic training of supreme judges, both undergraduate and postgraduate, and a lack of interest of supreme judges in continuing their academic training.
